Collection

Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday will usually be available to collect within 24 hours.

You will be able to choose a date in the future at the checkout to pre-book a collection to suit your needs.

You will receive an email confirming when your order has been prepared and is ready to collect.

Some items require additional time to source and prepare. You’ll be advised at the checkout when the earliest possible collection date for your specific order will be.

Delivery

Devine Quality Foods Ltd don’t currently offer a public delivery service. All orders placed via the website are for collection only.

Trade customers can benefit from prompt and efficient delivery on wholesale orders.

Returns Policy

Devine Quality Foods Ltd operate a strict no returns policy on all food items.

Should there be a problem with the quality of any produce purhcased, an exchange will be offered upon inspection. Devine Quality Foods Ltd will be the sole determiner of quality.
